We are excited to announce that HAR has entered into a data share agreement with Unlock MLS, a subsidiary of the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR), that will give MLS subscribers access to thousands of additional listings across Central Texas by the end of the year.
This collaboration, similar to our data share agreement with the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) that was announced last year, will expand your reach across the state of Texas. You will have access to real estate listings across the Austin, San Antonio and Houston regions—the equivalent of nearly 60% of the Texas housing market!
Once the agreement goes into effect, HAR MLS subscribers will enjoy these benefits:
- All ABoR listings, including Active and Sold listings, will be available in Matrix.
- ABoR listings may be found by searching by City, Zip Code, Subdivision or via map search.
- MLS subscribers who work in or refer business to Austin will have a comprehensive dataset for research and CMAs in that market.
This agreement has been in the works since January when we announced the Unlock MLS key reciprocity agreement, which allows agents with an HAR Supra eKEY to automatically be able to open Supra lockboxes in the Greater Austin area without additional set up, fees or subscriptions.
It is all part of HAR’s ongoing efforts to enhance our members’ abilities to serve their clients and expand their businesses and referral opportunities.
