Commercial Gateway, the commercial division of HAR, is once again joining other real estate firms in sponsoring activities to benefit The Rise School during its 2015 Rise & Shine 5K Walk & Run on Saturday, April 25. Houston’s commercial real estate community sponsors the annual event for the non-profit school, which focuses on providing specialized early childhood education services to children with Down syndrome or other developmental disabilities and to children without disabilities.
Families come from all around to support The Rise School and enjoy the many events going on during the morning event including the 5K walk/run, 1K fun run for the kids and a family festival with food, music, bounce houses, games, giveaways, and clowns. The event will follow last year’s setting and will be at the school site at 5618 H. Mark Crosswell Jr. Street, Houston, TX 77021. The walk/run winds around Braes Bayou.
