A female HAR member reported being assaulted by a male client on Sunday, July 18, during a listing consultation at her client’s house in the Canyon Lakes West subdivision in Cypress. Further, she stated that the suspect repeatedly blocked her efforts to leave and tried to physically restrain her. Fortunately, she was able to fight him off and escape. It is our understanding that authorities arrested the suspect and that he was allegedly charged with at least one count of kidnapping/unlawful restraint. However, he is reportedly out on bail.
