At its Aug. 1 meeting, the Texas Real Estate Commission revised the forms listed below, which are now available from TREC, TAR and zipForm:

  • TREC 9-9, Unimproved Contract
  • TREC No. 20-10, One to Four Family Residential Contract (Resale)
  • TREC No. 23-11, New Home Contract (Incomplete Construction)
  • TREC No. 24-11, New Home Contract (Completed Construction)
  • TREC No. 25-8, Farm and Ranch Contract
  • TREC No. 30-9, Residential Condominium Contract

Please begin using these versions if you haven’t already.
