Realist Tax is a richly featured, public record database that is fully integrated with the MLS. The system has easy to understand reports, mapping, comparable information and census data along with exporting functions.
The following topics will be covered:
- Searching property records by address, owner name, sold date, property codes, record date and exemption codes:
- How to obtain county statistics;
- Searching by map;
- Performing a CMA and reviewing the CMA results;
- Reviewing neighborhood information from the census records;
- Selecting personal options and formats;
- Producing mailing labels;
- Exporting and printing.
