The Galveston County Hurricane Ike Housing Assistance Program is accepting applications from State of Texas licensed real estate professionals to create a pool of certified professionals to provide services for its Homeowner Opportunity Program (HOP). The Homeowner Opportunity Program provides assistance to qualified applicants whose homes were damaged or destroyed as a result of Hurricane Ike.
Selected real estate professionals must complete a brief online HOP training course in order to be certified to provide services to HOP applicants. The time required to respond to the solicitation is estimated to be 20 minutes. Responses are due on July 2, 2013, before 2:30 P.M.
