The GRI designation is the most widely recognized of the national real estate designations. Taught by experts in their respective fields, this module consists of the following courses:
- Diversity & Fair Housing;
- Residential Contract Forms;
- Finance Theory & Practice.
GRI courses may be taken in any order and satisfy your nine hours of non-legal CE requirements. TREC rules mandate that each student be on time. A calculator is required and please make sure to bring your license number with you the day of class. TAR provides a one-time, $50 coupon for qualifying students. This coupon may be downloaded from TAR’s website. Students will pay in full and email the coupon to HAR’s Professional Development department to receive a credit. All other courses will be at full price.
