Become a leader today! Due to its overwhelming success, HAR will once again offer REALTOR® members the opportunity to take part in an extensive 8 month leadership program. Each session will equip participants with the tools necessary to grow both personally and professionally.

Advance Your Negotiation Skills with the
Master Certified Negotiation Expert Designation

The cost for each package is $249
- In order to earn the MCNE designation, the CNE course and MCE elective package 2 must also be taken. These packages can be taken in an order.
The GRI designation is the most widely recognized of the National Real Estate Designations. Consisting of three course, each taught by experts in their respective fields. These topics include: Finance, Marketing and Brokerage. This is a great program for new members seeking SAE credit.

This course will help real estate agents understand who today’s consumer is, what they want and need during their home buying process or selling process. The class will aslo identify the key areas that real estate agents need to focus on to stay relevant before, during and after the transaction.

The BPOR designation is back by popular demand
Evaluating property values depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and a commitment to approach the valuation assignment from all pertinent perspectives. “BPOs: The Agent’s Role in the Valuation Process” is specifically designed to help residential real estate agents and brokers enhance their skills in creating BPOs, reducing risk, and applying alternative valuation methods.

Winning in any Market: Working with Multiple Offers
This is an interactive course to provide REALTORS® tools and techniques to win in the rapidly changing real estate market in Texas. The course will cover discussion about what is happening in our market, how to educate clients to its changes, dealing with current inventory levels, and pricing property in this flash market.

Become an Affordable Housing & Certified Military Residential Specialist
The Texas Affordable Housing Specialist certification equips Texas REALTORS with the knowledge to help increase sustainable homeownership. It aims to educate you about state programs available to assist buyers and to provide information to help at-risk homeowners manage their current situation. The more you know about affordable housing programs, the better you can assist your clients in making home ownership a reality.
Participation in all three days are required to earn the designation.
