GRI: Graduate REALTOR® Institute: THE Designation for Higher Learning (Finance)

Class: GRI 1: Finance

From Business and Financial planning to Spokesperson Training and everything in between, this eight month program will equip participants with the tools necessary to grow both personally and professionally.

Matrix Training Now Available!

Training for the All NEW MLS Platform Matrix will be available throughout the year at all locations beginning January 2017!

This certification is earned after the completion of a series of eight HAR classes dedicated to enhancing the REALTORS® understanding and effectiveness of marketing. After earning the CSMS the agent will be equipped with the tools needed to market and brand themselves and their businesses with skill and proficiency. In turn, agents will learn how to generate more leads and increase profitability.

*Classes taken prior to January 1, 2016, must be retaken to qualify for credit towards the CSMS Designation.
