South Texas College of Law – MCE Course
The 15th Annual Commercial Real Estate Course is a “must-attend” event for real estate brokers who practice in any segment of the real estate industry. In addition to Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) certified courses, the program offers numerous individual and panel discussions on a wide variety of topics. Experts will update attendees about the status of the retail, industrial, office, residential, and land markets.
Members of Commercial Gateway receive a discounted registration rate since the course is sponsored in part by the Commercial Division of the Houston Association of REALTORS®. Plus, in an effort to make the program more accessible to newcomers, members licensed less than 5 years receive an even lower rate.
