Rebuilding Together-Houston (a non-profit volunteer home repair program) presented Terri Lyons (NRG Crew Leader) with the Golden Hammer Award, September 13, during the Partners in Progress Luncheon. This prestigious award is given to exceptional crew leaders that go above and beyond standards. Last Spring, the NextGen REALTOR® Group completed free exterior repairs for Ms. Ira Mayes, an elderly, disabled, low-income Houstonian. This home repair project not only rebuilt the spirit of Ms. Ira and improved the look and feel of her home, but also created a positive impact on the neighborhood’s environment. “We could not have brought this award home if it wasn’t for our amazing committed NRG team who worked tirelessly yet still enjoyed every minute,” said Terri Lyons.
