HAR is committed to expanding resources for our members so you can better serve your clients across the state. Agents with an HAR Supra eKEY can now unlock Supra lockboxes across North Texas, including the Dallas-Fort Worth area, thanks to a new key reciprocity agreement with 12 local association shareholders of the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) MLS.
HAR is also partnering with NTREIS on a Matrix MLS data share that will launch later this year!
Key Reciprocity Agreement
As an HAR MLS subscriber, you can now access and show thousands of properties in North Texas with no additional set up, fees or subscriptions. Similarly, agents with a Supra eKEY issued by a NTREIS MLS shareholder association will be able to open HAR Supra lockboxes.
Please note that, as always, agents must request and receive written confirmation of their showing appointment from the listing agent or their designated showing service before entering a property.
NTREIS provides information management services to 50,000 MLS subscribers of its 14 Shareholder REALTOR® Associations, including more than 6,000 real estate offices. The Abilene and Northwest Louisiana REALTOR® Associations are not currently part of this key reciprocity as they are on separate Supra systems.
This key share agreement mirrors the arrangements with Austin’s MLS (Unlock MLS) and the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR).
