Effective Wednesday, November 12, the following items will be published to the TEMPO MLS System:

  • New, system generated School Data integrated with Add/Edit and Custom Search. Listings will be automatically assigned a school value for Elementary, Middle and High schools based on their property location and what school boundary they fall within. Initially, the system-generated school information will be for searching only and will not be displayed on listing reports.  Listing agents will continue entering their own school information which will be the schools displayed on MLS reports, as they are today.
  • Email Notification will now be issued to both Listing Agent and Selling Agent Notifying both parties that the Option End Date is 2 days away.
  • Revised link on the Member Roster report that displays the Agent/Broker’s TREC information to point to TREC’s website directly. Previously, the link pointed to the HAR Licensee Finder page that is updated monthly.
  • Add/Edit: RES,CND,HIR,ACR,MUL,RNT: ‘Green/Energy Certifications’: ‘Green Built Gulf Coast’ added as a new value.
  • Add/Edit: RES,CND,ACR,MUL,RNT,HIR: Exterior Description: ‘Storm Shutters’ added as a new value.
  • Photo Gallery Link will now be present on Pending listings. Link was previously only present on listings in the Active, Option Pending and Pending Continue to Show statuses.
  • Business Rule added to Rental listing: If the ‘Property Class’ selected is ‘Mid/Hi-Rise Condominium’, the field ‘Floor Location’ becomes a required field.
  • Added footer to ‘Statistics’ report with label ‘Report Date’ and the current date so that user or client will know the date that this report was generated.
  • Add/Edit: ‘Address on Web’ is being removed. If a seller does not want their property address displayed on HAR.com the listing agent will need to contact MLS QA Staff for assistance.
  • Resolved error that prevented user from searching by MLS Number in Open House Search.
  • Resolved error that prevented user from saving sort order preferences.
  • Resolved PAR performance issue. Report now averages opening in 2 seconds as opposed to 10+ seconds.
  • Resolved error that sent wrong Client Gateway link to client when manually sending Client Gateway link from the Prospect Details page.
