One of our goals this year was to improve the “Members Only” area experience. This objective gives HAR members an edge by providing a “dashboard” that provides direct access to all of the tools, data and member services offered by HAR. We will be launching this newly designed Members Only Portal soon.
Members will still have the ability to choose to use the current version of the Members Only Portal for about one month after we launch the new version. We want to make sure that members have ample time to become familiar with the new portal.
Among the changes will be:
• New Interface – Enhanced to improve member experience
• New Dashboard – Direct access to tools, data and member services
• New Menu System – Increased usability and performance
