  • The new reports provide 3-year trend graphs for Closed Listings, New Listings, Pending Listings, Avg DOM, Median Sales Price, Avg Price per SqFt, SP/LP Ratio and Months Supply.
  • Once you are viewing the criteria can be changed by clicking the magnifying glass icon to the top right of the report.
  • Users can generate reports by: market area, ZIP code, subdivision, city or county.
  • Users can download the stat reports into a PDF document and share them with clients.
