As Houston’s economy thrives, our commercial division, Commercial Gateway, continues to support our members in their businesses. The real estate market is starting to even out a little bit more, with sales continuing to grow and months inventory rising to 3.0 months, up from 2.6 months a few months ago. While none of us has a crystal ball, so we don’t know if sales will continue to climb, prices are likely to continue to appreciate for the foreseeable future, if basic economics prove true. At the same time, we need additional listings to come on the market to bring us even more into balance. You may read more about the market here.
