Citing HAR’s Most Expensive Homes Listed in Texas report, Chron.com reported on April 14 that an Austin billionaire heir and tech investor listed his lakefront home for sale for $27M. The report was also cited in an April 13 story in the Houston Chronicle.

KPRC-TV/Local 2 investigative reporter Bill Spencer interviewed HRIS Director Bill Baldwin live during the 8 a.m. newscast about how first-time home buyers can save money with assumable mortgage rates. The segment aired on May 6.

Houston Agent Magazine cited HAR’s Housing and Rental Affordability Report in a May 15 story about how elevated interest rates still present an affordability hurdle for Houston buyers.
