The Houston Business Journal cited HAR in an article about reality TV star Washington Ho selling former Rockets player Steve Francis’ home in Memorial Villages. The story was published on June 23. Chron.com and the Houston Chronicle also reported on the sale on June 25.

The Dallas Morning News reporter Nick Wooten profiled the Dallas “White House” that hit the market for $40 million. The property was on HAR’s list of the 10 Most Expensive Listings Statewide in June. The article was published on June 28.

Austin American-Statesmen reporter Shonda Novak highlighted two Austin properties that were on HAR’s list of the 10 Most Expensive Listings Statewide in June. The article was published on July 11.

Fox 26 Houston news anchor Isiah Carey interviewed HRIS Director Bill Baldwin for a story about who is responsible when a new construction home is damaged by natural disasters in the wake of Hurricane Beryl. It aired on July 11.

HAR assisted New York Times reporter David Goodman for a story about Houston residents with generators. He used HAR sales data about homes equipped with generators in his story that was published on July 11.

Houston Business Journal reporter Florian Martin interviewed HRIS Director Bill Baldwin about Hurricane Beryl’s impact on the housing market. He mentioned that there could be delayed home sales and higher prices in the July 11 article.

Houston Public Media producer Jack Williams interviewed HAR Vice Chair Theresa Hill for a story about Houston’s home sales cooling in June. The story aired on July 15.
