MLS Platinum is a premium service offered by HAR to its REALTOR® members so they can better serve their clients. Platinum agents are empowered by the most innovative and powerful technology tools HAR has to offer. The MLS Platinum package is $129 annually. You may sign up for the MLS Platinum at www.har.com/platinum.

Mobile MLS: Using the HAR App Effectively

The HAR.com app allows both consumers and REALTORS® to search for homes for sale or lease, bookmark listings and save property searches. Members have access to their leads, their listings and their company’s listing inventory, as well as access to MLS data.

Lead Generation Tools

This class is designed to help agents understand how to generate leads utilizing a multitude of HAR Platinum tools. This class will also help agents understand the need to follow up on the leads and developing strategies for incubating leads.

Tools to Enhance Your Real Estate Business

The objective of this course is to introduce REALTORS® to internet tools, websites, and services available to them as HAR Members. There are over 80 tools available to members that can help you market yourself and your listings. Upon completion of this course, students will learn the differences between MLS Standard and MLS Platinum Service packages.

How to Enhance Your HAR Website

This course will allow members to make their HAR website more robust, appealing and more resourceful to the consumer. With a growing demand for social media presence in the market place, this course will also better able the HAR member to make their social media presence visible. Consumers will better be able to search for HAR members with enhanced websites as they display their credibility, accolades, designations, languages and culture knowledge & overall social media exposure. The HAR agent website is a platinum tool. Students must subscribe to the MLS Platinum service in order to have access to this feature.
