Cloud CMA
We’ve partnered with W+R Studios to provide the Cloud CMA tool, now exclusively available for HAR MLS Platinum subscribers. Cloud CMA creates professionally styled reports including Buyer Tours and Flyers. It also allows members to upload their own PDFs in CMA reports and is integrated with TEMPO and MATRIX, so you can find comps easily and import them into a Cloud CMA report.
Open House Registry App
The new Open House Registry App is a real benefit for MLS Platinum subscribers. Agents can manage their upcoming open houses in one convenient dashboard and guests can sign in using the same app. Once the open house event is completed, agents can follow up with those users. The Open House Registry App is yet another powerful technology tool we’re able to provide because of the MLS Platinum Subscription plan.
