HAR Chair-Elect Theresa Hill was interviewed by KIAH-TV/CW39’s H-Town Live host Maggie Flecknoe about HAR’s Most Loved Communities in 2024 report. They also discussed the outlook for the market in 2025. The segment aired on February 18.

HAR assisted Houston Chronicle real estate reporter Marissa Luck with a report on Houston’s most expensive condos and penthouses sold in 2024. The article was published on February 8.

HAR Vice Chair Kat Robinson was interviewed by KTRH/NewsRadio 740 reporter Michael Shiloh about the Houston housing market bucking the trends of the national market. Even as home sales dropped on a national scale in January, they increased in Southeast Texas. The story aired on February 25.

HAR Chair Shae Cottar was a panelist on a webinar hosted by the Houston Chronicle about renting in Houston. Shae helped answer questions about the hottest places to rent a home, how to save money and renters’ rights. The webinar took place on March 6.

Houston Agent Magazine reporter Emily Marek cited HAR’s FRESH Report in an article about new and active listings seeing double digit increases in February. The article was published on March 6.

KTRK-TV/ABC 13 anchor Tom Abrahams cited HAR MLS data in a story about Texas lawmakers pushing for solutions as housing costs increase across the state. The story aired on March 10.
