The latest survey by HAR’s 11,000-member Consumer Research Panel focused on the growing impact of the iBuyer business model on the Houston real estate market. The findings, including that 39 percent of home sellers say they are “somewhat likely” to work with an iBuyer while 92 percent are still determined to work with a REALTOR®, received coverage from Inman News and the Houston Chronicle on November 27, and from Houston Agent Magazine on December 4.
HAR’s “Ten Most Expensive Homes Sold” report for November drew coverage from KPRC-TV / Local 2 on December 5 and from the Houston Chronicle online on December 9.
