On July 18, Houston Chronicle web producer Rebecca Hennes took readers inside the 10 most expensive homes that sold in Houston in June, courtesy of MLS data that HAR provided. The feature was accented by full-color photos of the sold homes. Rebecca also asked HAR to research the 10 highest-priced condominiums that sold in Houston in June. That feature posted on chron.com on July 29.
HAR again assisted Houston Chronicle web producer Rebecca Hennes for a year-to-date look at the 10 most expensive condominium sales across Houston. That story, also showcasing photography of the profiled properties, went live on chron.com on August 12.
Houston Chronicle real estate reporter R.A. Schuetz cited HAR’s June home sales report in her August 8 article about the steepest decline in mortgage rates in seven years.
