On May 16, Houston Chronicle web producer Rebecca Hennes spotlighted unique characteristics about Houston-area homes that sold in April. She reported that the former home of Houston Rockets player Chris Paul was one of the city’s most expensive residential properties to sell, citing HAR MLS data. She also noted that the seventh most expensive home to sell in April was designed by famed Houston architect John Staub in 1926.
As we do each month, HAR provided MLS data to the Chronicle’s Rebecca Hennes for May. That feature was published on June 12, the same day that HAR distributed its comprehensive May home sales report. Rebecca’s stories always feature full-color photos of the sold homes furnished by the listing agents.
