HAR’s MLS and Technology teams collaborated to conduct extensive research for the Houston Chronicle for its big annual Homebuyers Guide/Home Price Survey that consisted of a 40-page insert (Section H) in the Sunday, April 28 edition. The front page of the newspaper also featured an in-depth article by real estate reporter Nancy Sarnoff about current housing market conditions throughout greater Houston and promoted the Guide/Survey.
On April 22, the Houston Business Journal reported on the most expensive Houston-area homes sold in the first quarter of 2019 citing MLS data supplied by HAR.
HAR provided Houston Chronicle web producer Rebecca Hennes with MLS data about the most expensive homes sold across greater Houston in April 2019. Her story, titled “The most expensive home sold in Houston last month is a castle-like fortress with ‘old world charm,” published on April 17.
