HAR Governmental Affairs Advisory Group Chairman Ed Wolff was an in-studio guest on KUHF/Houston Public Media’s live call-in talk show, “Houston Matters,” on January 22. Ed discussed the possible effects a federal government shutdown could have on real estate, including the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and mortgage lending.
HAR furnished data to the Houston Business Journal for its profile of the most expensive homes that sold in Houston in December. The article published on January 25 and featured full-color photos of the properties provided by the listing agents/brokerages, which are credited in the report.
