HAR’s July 2014 MLS news release and accompanying Houston Housing Minute video update, reporting the highest monthly sales volume of all time and improved supply of inventory, generated coverage from mid- to late August in the following media outlets:

The announcement of 2015 HAR board election results, including Nancy Furst’s role as chair and the executive committee that will serve with her, received coverage in two major Houston newspapers. The Houston Business Journal published the story in its August 27 edition and the Houston Chronicle in its August 31 edition. Both articles featured a color head shot of Nancy.
The quarterly HAR/Commercial Gateway report on industrial/commercial market trends garnered Houston Business Journal coverage on July 24 in an article by Jenny Agee-Aldridge headlined “Industrial rental rates see huge increase.”
The Houston Business Journal also cited HAR/Commercial Gateway data in an August 24 article by Jenny Agree-Aldridge about Colvill Office Properties, PM Realty Group, Moody Rambin and Stream Realty representing the leasing of 57 percent of the total available space currently under construction in Houston.
