HAR provided MLS data and arranged interviews for KHOU-TV/11 News reporter Leigh Frillici for an August 24 story about how the Houston housing market is faring better than other cities around the country.
On August 28, the Houston Chronicle business section’s “People in Business” feature announced the names and brokerages of members of HAR’s newly elected executive committee for 2012, including Wayne Stroman as chairman and Danny Frank as chairman-elect.
The front page of the August 28 Houston Chronicle real estate section featured the announcement of Wayne Stroman as 2012 HAR board chairman as well as the results of the election for 2012 executive committee members and directors. A color headshot of Wayne accompanied the write-up.
HAR assisted producers of KHOU-TV’s “Great Day Houston” show with information for a September 1 segment focusing on how the Houston real estate market has been performing.
In September, Real Estate Radio host Terry Kelling aired the fourth in his series of monthly interviews with HAR Chairman Carlos P. Bujosa to discuss the latest MLS data in detail for a consumer audience. The program airs each Saturday at 3 p.m. on Houston’s News Talk, KNTH AM 1070.
