HAR.com Mobile App Improvements – We have added a couple of REALTOR®-friendly features to our HAR.com iPhone app. Members can now view a list of their listings that have showing appointments, and we have added functionality that allows REALTORS® to request an appointment directly from the app.

Real Estate Community Improvements – We have made updates throughout the Real Estate Community pages, in addition to adding new alert options for the community members. Community members are now able to sign up to receive alert notifications whenever new questions are asked in selected categories.

MarketInsight Improvements – Based on member feedback, we have made enhancements that allow members to provide additional information to their clients within MarketInsight. Members can now edit the subdivision when selecting a property for a prospective seller/lessor. We have also added more information within the client-side of MarketInsight that includes market overview data, the profile of average homes for sale, buyer or seller market, average days on market and much more.

Home Value Finder Improvements – We made several changes to Home Value Finder and are in the process of collecting photos for over 2 million properties in Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Galveston, and Montgomery counties. We have deployed Google Street View in cases where the photo of a property is not available.

Reliant Electricity Bill Estimator – We have added a Reliant Electricity Bill Estimator on the property detail pages on HAR.com. It displays the average monthly electricity bill for each property.
