HAR launched the Show My Listings App for Facebook last month. We have received a lot of positive feedback from our members regarding the app. Members have created 465 pages that have attracted more than 2,300 users (as of August 11, 2011). Update on the HAR.com Android App
More than 100 members and consumers participated in the HAR.com Android App Beta Test Program. This program was launched in an attempt to obtain feedback from users so that HAR could improve on the application before its release to the entire membership. We have received a lot of input from our users and are excited about the upcoming release of the app. The HAR.com Android App will be available in the Android Market soon. In the meantime, we encourage you to download and the install the app today from http://www.har.com/mobile/android. Don’t forget to send us your feedback. We want to know what you think!
Client Experience Rating Program
We recently met with the HAR REALTOR® Rating Task Force to discuss the Client Experience Rating Program and how we can further improve the integrity of the system. We reviewed the existing guidelines and terms of use and discussed measures that can be implemented to tweak the program. As you know, the integrity of any rating program is vital to members’ and consumers’ reassurance about the value of the rating and comments displayed.
