Home Finder Enhancements
We have enhanced the Home Finder on HAR.com by adding several new search criteria to the property search form. Consumers can now search for properties by using the following criteria:

  • Price per SqFt
  • Bedroom Description
  • Style
  • Wheelchair / Handicap Access
  • Elevator / Elevator Shaft

We have also added a ‘Map Tools’ bar to the Home Finder. Map Tools allows consumers to use a map to draw a square, navigate or use a zip code for location criteria. These map tool criteria will also be saved into the saved searches, allowing consumers to go in and edit their maps at a later time.

Google Maps on HAR.com
We have finalized the conversion from Bing maps to Google maps throughout HAR.com. Because Google mapping technology does not provide bird’s eye view imagery, we have included a link on the property detail page of every listing to a bird’s eye view of the property on a Bing map.
