Governor Greg Abbott has appointed three new members to the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC); Houston Association of REALTORS® member DeLora Wilkinson, Metro-Tex Association of REALTORS® member Jan Fite Miller, and public member Micheal Williams of 3i Contracting LLC. These new members will join the Commission for its next regular quarterly meeting in Austin on Monday, November 13, 2017. Their terms are set to expire January 31, 2023.
Delora Wilkinson of Cypress is a licensed real estate broker. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®, and is a 2018 Board member of the Houston Association of REALTORS®. She is currently a member and former chair of the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce. She has received numerous awards and honors in recognition of her professionalism and community service.
Jan Fite Miller of Kemp is Executive Vice President of Century 21 Judge Fite Company, with 21 real estate offices in the Dallas Fort Worth area, with about 800 sales agents, a title company, a property management company, and a property and casualty insurance company. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS and the MetroTex Association of REALTORS. She received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
Michael Williams of Colleyville is the President of 3i Contracting LLC. He is a member of the Association of General Contractors and former Chairman of the Dallas Chapter of NBA Retired Players Association. He also served on the Baylor University Letterman’s and Business School Advisory Boards, and with the Regional Black Contractors Association. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University.
