The HAR Global program was front and center at the Texas REALTORS® convention held last month in San Antonio. We hosted a welcome reception the night before the conference started for all HAR global members as well as AMPI real estate professionals ( the NAR equivalent in Mexico) who traveled from several states in Mexico to attend the conference.
Current TR and former HAR Global Chair, Susan Annoura, moderated a discussion on global business in the U.S. and abroad. Representatives from AMPI, along with two Texas based international REALTORS®, shared best practices to work with agents in both Mexico and the U.S. and expand your global real estate footprint.
A moment of silence was held at the end of the panel discussion for Richard Miranda, a former HAR Chair, HAR and TR Global Chair, leader in the NAR global real estate program and a favorite CIPS instructor, who recently passed away. Attendees shared their fondest memories of Richard and his wife Doris, who preceded him in death.
