The Global Advisory Group develops educational programs and networking business opportunities pertinent to the international real estate industry. The advisory group promotes the annual Global Day class, the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Institute offered each year at HAR, the yearly member wide global survey, the online “agent search by language or specialty culture” tool found on HAR.com as well as the new Global Information Exchange (GIE) where global properties are found. A quarterly global newsletter is distributed, and the online Global Hotline Hour is offered 4 times per year. It is preferred that applicants have the CIPS designation or be enrolled in classes leading to the designation. This group meets up to 6 times a year, at a time yet to be determined for 2023.
