The course will provide all TREC-required information concerning recent updates and changes to laws, regulations, legal definitions, ethics of practice, and forms in Texas with a special emphasis on how they relate to commercial real estate. The instructors include Reid Wilson of Wilson Cribbs + Goren, Chuck Jacobus of the Law Offices of Chuck Jacobus, and Jim Parr with JWPPartners, LLC.
