Familiar Names are Among the 200 Most Powerful People in Residential Real Estate

SP200 list is described as “the most comprehensive analysis ever published of the most powerful key decision makers, trailblazers, influencers, company chieftains, thought leaders, and innovators.”

Among those who made the list are our own HAR President & CEO Bob Hale at No. 23 overall and No. 2 in the Trade category. While the list says that Bob is the 23rd and 2nd “most powerful in real estate,” it should be noted that they defined that as “the ability to make things happen.”

HAR members who placed include Mark Woodroof, managing partner, of Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene REALTORS®, was No. 165. Ted C. Jones, Ph.D. chief economist at Stewart Information Services Corp. and a former HAR chairman, ranked No. 186. Mark Willis, CEO, Keller Williams Realty International, was No. 9. Richard Smith, president and CEO, Coldwell Banker United REALTORS® was No. 57, and HAR’s very own strategic architect, Jeremy Conaway, ranked No. 191.
