The Certified Strategic Marketing Specialist (CSMS) is earned upon completion of a series of nine HAR classes dedicated to enhancing the REALTOR®’s understanding and effective use of marketing. After earning the CSMS, you will be equipped with the tools needed to market and brand yourself and your business with skill and proficiency. In turn, you will learn how to generate more leads and increase profitability.
