The GRI Program
Throughout 2010, HAR will continue to host one of the most widely recognized Real Estate Designations – The GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute). The GRI program includes 90 hours of course work and qualifies for both MCE and SAE hours.
The GRI includes extensive training on topics such as new real estate technology, laws, procedures and the understanding the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers.
This course consists of three sessions: GRI-1 Finance, GRI-2 Marketing, and GRI-3 Brokerage which can be taken in any order.
