The new Commercial Gateway email broadcast feature is a powerful tool that offers insight into each of your broadcast emails. The email system has always allowed you to send out blast notifications to other members about your listings. However, the latest upgrade enhances your marketing campaign with several reporting tools.

The Commercial Gateway email system allows you to do the following:

  1. Create mobile-optimized email flyers with your listing data and contact information
  2. Preview and edit emails before sending
  3. Send out broadcast emails to our list of Commercial Real Estate professionals
  4. View the number of emails sent, emails opened, and click rate
  5. Analyze how your broadcasts are performing in comparison with others
  6. Modify your email preferences to specify the types of emails you’d like to receive

Members may now select specific areas they’re interested in using clearly-defined geography, such as zip code, CommGate submarket, city, or county. Plus, members may drill down into each area and identify property types of interest.
