Commercial real estate professionals recognize that experience and education play key roles in understanding each deal and staying at the forefront of the real estate industry. Commercial Gateway, the commercial division of the Houston Association of REALTORS®, is supporting real estate education by sponsoring a database of commercial real estate classes.
Commercial Gateway has teamed up with HAR’s Education Department to produce a database of commercial courses that brokers and agents can access online. The database simplifies the process of finding and registering for courses needed for MCE credit.
Look for the bright red Commercial Education block on the home page of Commercial Gateway. Click on the block to view a list of relevant education courses or to search for a specific course. A variety of TREC-approved MCE courses are offered throughout the year, including relevant classes sponsored and provided by local chapters of CCIM, SIOR, IREM and other commercial real estate trade organizations. The Commercial Course Finder puts all of them at your fingertips in one easy-to-find location.
