Commercial Gateway has introduced a program to help commercial brokers and agents satisfy their Continuing Education requirements that will include three options:
- Short elective programs presented in networking event format. These programs target specific property types and geographic submarkets around Houston. We will be working with some outside events groups, including Bisnow, to produce these programs.
- An all-day program of the mandatory Legal I & II curriculum. This will include a box lunch and will allow brokers and agents to earn all of the mandatory material in a single day.
- Online Continuing Education will also be available. This option can be used to satisfy missing hours or fulfill the entire 18 hours online.
These options will be available on either a flexible “a la carte” basis or as an inclusive bundle that covers the cost of several of the short networking events, the all-day Legal I & II, and the online CE program.
