October showcase to feature more than two dozen new homes for salein historic neighborhoods throughout Houston
The City of Houston’s Housing and Community Development Department and Houston HOPE – a City initiative promoting neighborhood reinvestment through revitalization, homeownership and infrastructure investments – will be hosting a Fall Parade of Homes over the next two weekends.The showcase will feature over two dozen affordable homes ready for quick move-in. Home prices range from $89,900 – $159,900, and qualified buyers may receive up to $30,000 in down payment assistance.
The Parade of Homes will take place on:
Saturday, October 15 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Sunday, October 16 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Saturday, October 22 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Sunday, October 23 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.
These Houston HOPE homes are located in some of Houston’s most historic neighborhoods within close proximity to major thoroughfares, employers and activity centers.
