Commercial agents and brokers: All existing REALTOR® members must complete at least 2.5 hours of ethics training, meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, within three-year cycles. The deadline for the current cycle is December 31, 2024.
Here are four options for completing the NAR Code of Ethics requirement. Some courses include Continuing Education (CE):

Please note: The TREC Legal Update II course no longer satisfies the NAR requirement for REALTOR® Code of Ethics training.
