All HAR MLS subscribers will soon have access to thousands of additional listings across Central Texas, thanks to our new data share agreement with Unlock MLS, a subsidiary of the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR). It is expected to go live on December 10.
This partnership, along with our existing agreement with the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR), gives agents access to listings across the Austin, San Antonio and Houston regions—the equivalent of nearly 60% of the Texas housing market!
Here’s how you can find the Unlock MLS data in the MLS:
- All Unlock MLS listings, including Active and Sold listings, are available in Matrix. Incomplete and Coming Soon listings will not appear.
- Unlock MLS listings are identified with “AU” in front of the listing number (Ex: AU123456).
- Unlock MLS listings may be found by searching by city, ZIP code, subdivision or via the map search.
- MLS subscribers who work in or refer business to Austin will have a comprehensive dataset for research and CMAs in that market.
There are no changes to the key reciprocity agreement that went into effect earlier this year. Agents with an HAR Supra eKEY may continue to open Supra lockboxes in the Greater Austin area without additional set up, fees or subscriptions.
