As part of its second annual Agents’ Choice Awards, Houston Agent Magazine honored HAR Chair Shannon Cobb Evans as 2019 Association VIP, featuring her as the cover story of the October edition.
On October 10, Houston Chronicle web producer Rebecca Hennes spotlighted a high-tech Bellaire mansion equipped with a Star Wars-themed media and theater room as part of her roundup of the 10 most expensive homes that sold in Houston in September, working from MLS data provided by HAR.
The Houston Chronicle ran a large spread in its Sunday, October 13 Real Estate section announcing winners of HAR’s 2019 Young Professionals Network (YPN) ‘20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate Awards.’ It was accompanied by a group photo of the winners along with HAR Chair Shannon Cobb Evans flanked by 2019 HAR YPN Chair Kat Robinson and keynote speaker Leigh Brown.
On October 15, Houston Chronicle web producer Rebecca Hennes published an online photo feature about a $12 million Magnolia estate that includes three pools, a “man cave” and its own mini golf course, again citing data gleaned from HAR’s MLS.
