This certification is perfect for those who are newer to the business, are less experienced or may be returning to the business after a break.
The series includes the following classes:

  • Contracts 101A (6 hours)-Residential Listing Agreement Exclusive Right to Sell, and the Buyer-Tenant Representation Agreement
  • Contracts 101B (6 hours)- Hands on workshop with case studies centered around forms covered in Contracts 101A
  • Contracts 201A (6 hours)-1-4 Family Residential Contract (Resale)
  • Contracts 201B (6 hours)-Hands on workshop with case studies centered around forms covered in Contracts 201A
  • Intermediary- Solving the Mystery (3 hours)
  • Multiple Offers (3 hours)

Agents must complete all six courses (in any order) to earn the HCP. All classes are CE approved.
