Matrix™ 360 is the latest version of Matrix from CoreLogic® that unifies MLS listing records and Realist® public records data into a single platform, allowing subscribers to search across both data sets within the familiar Matrix system. The learning curve is minimal as existing features and functionality in Matrix remain unchanged. Matrix 360 will introduce a new tax search and display report called the “360 Property View,” which displays listing data, tax data, parcel map and flood map reports for every property.
A new tax search will be added within Matrix using the same fields as in Realist, but in familiar Matrix-style search and results forms.
“Walk the block” to see the whole neighborhood. The interactive maps now display both tax and listing information on the parcel where data are available.
Comprehensive map overlays include flood plain, highlighted parcel, lot dimensions and satellite view.

Note: the default display on listing searches will remain the “Agent Full with Tabs” report, however you can save the “360 Property View” as your default display. The 360 Property View will be the default view when searching Tax Records in Matrix.
