Commercial Gateway is a Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) that focuses on commercial properties for sale or for lease in Houston and Southeast Texas. Property information is either submitted to the website by Commercial Gateway’s members or gathered by Commercial Gateway’s research staff, which surveys and updates thousands of properties in the area. Commercial Gateway is the commercial division of the Houston Association of REALTORS®.

The public website, www.commgate.com, displays all member listings. The general public can reach out to brokers via the listing contact information displayed. A member can load or display an unlimited number of listings.

Additional researched data is available to members who log in and access a larger, more detailed database of Houston properties, as well as tools for preparing research reports, marketing flyers, and aerial photos. Member benefits include:

Unlimited number of listings: All listings display and are searchable across both the Commercial Gateway website and the nationwide network of commercial listing services through the Catylist platform.
Property Search: Members can access thousands of property listings and save searches.
Alerts and Notifications: Members receive email notifications of listings – customized by search criteria.
Reports and Brochures: Members can create customized reportsand brochures with dozens of options including maps, company branding, demographics, and attachments.
Professional Profile: Create a detailed, search-engine-optimized online resume, highlighting your expertise, property listings, recent transactions, and more.

To further expand your marketing capabilities, Commercial Gateway has created exclusive relationships with Houston organizations and economic development partnerships including the Houston Business Journal, the Houston Chronicle and the Greater Houston Partnership. Commercial Gateway powers the commercial property portals for Fort Bend EDC, The Woodland Area EDP, Greater East End District, Spring Branch Management District and Rosenberg Development Corporation, and others.

Commercial Gateway is also the source of office listing information for the Houston Business Journal’s Office Leasing Guide, which is distributed throughout the Houston area. And now through the Catylist platform, Commercial Gateway listings are displayed and available to all member brokers throughout the country.
