Mark your calendar for the week of November 14 – 18 when HAR and Supra bring new and improved lockboxes to town. The new iBox BT LE features a longer battery life, larger key container and supports Bluetooth® technology so smart phone eKEY users will no longer need a FOB to access lockboxes.

Throughout the week, all existing boxes registered in the HAR system are required to be exchanged at one of six designated lockbox exchange locations. During this week members will receive a FREE “one for one” trade out. That means for every old lockbox registered in your name, Supra will exchange it for a new iBox BT LE. An exchange fee will apply after November 18.
Please Note: There will be NO EXCHANGES at HAR offices.

In order to maintain an orderly flow and minimize wait times,please make your appointment online before arriving at an exchange location. This can be done by logging into the HAR.com Member Only Portal and clicking the Supra appointment box on the right. You may make an appointment for any location and any available time you choose. Please allow up to an hour for the exchange process.

Supra Lockbox Exchange Details
Why?
- Compatibility: The iBox BT LE communicates directly with smartphones and tablets so no additional hardware or key fob is needed for Android (OS2.1 and newer), iPhone® and iPad® products (iOS 4.3 and newer), and BlackBerry (OS 5 and newer, except BlackBerry 10).
- Choice of Keys: The smart phone eKEY® app and ActiveKEY® work seamlessly with the iBox BT LE.
- Larger Key Container: Gate cards or large keys easily fit inside the iBox BT LE.
- Shackle Release: Release the entire shackle for easier placement on properties.
- Reliability: Many existing iBoxes are running out of battery life and need to be exchanged. The new iBox BT LE offers easier access, longer battery life and a lower failure rate.
Exchange Event Details
- FREE one-for-one trade in for the new iBox BT LE during the week of the exchange
- Appointment required for exchanges make your appointment at www.har.com/supra
- 6 exchange locations to choose from across the Houston area (there will be NO EXCHANGES at HAR offices)
- Only iBoxes that are programmed in the HAR system may be exchanged
- Allow for up to an hour for the exchange process
- Exchange fee will apply after November 18
