Effective Wednesday, March 25, the following items were published to the TEMPO MLS System:

  • Add/Edit: Listings in the Rental category will be able to be copied to other property classes if it is also For Sale! When copying the listing, an additional field will be present asking what property class to copy the Rental listing to.
  • Business Rule Change: 3 days after the Option End Date passes, the system will change the listing from the Option Pending status to the Pending status. Previously, the system changed the listing to the Pending Continue to Show Status.
  • Add/Edit: RES, CND,MUL,RNT: ‘HOA’ Website added as a new field.
  • Add/Edit: RES, CND, HIR, LND, MUL, ACR, RNT: ‘Census Tract’ added as new field. The value will auto-populate from Realist.
  • Add/Edit: RES, CND, HIR, LND, MUL, ACR: ‘Licensed Supervisor’ added as a new field.
  • Add/Edit: RES, CND, HIR, ACR: ‘Is Home Currently Used as a Vacation Rental’ added as a new field with the choices of ‘Yes’ and ‘No’. The default value will be ‘No’.
  • Add/Edit: RES, CND, HIR, LND, MUL, ACR: ‘Subject to Auction’ added as a new field with the choices of ‘Yes’ and ‘No’
  • Add/Edit: RES, CND, HIR, LND, MUL, ACR: ‘Auction Date’ added as a new field and is only required if ‘Subject to Auction’ is ‘Yes’
  • Add/Edit: RES, CND, HIR, LND, MUL, ACR: ‘Online Bidding’ added as a new field with the choices of ‘Yes’ and ‘No’.
  • Add/Edit: RES, CND, HIR, LND, MUL, ACR: ‘Bid Deadline/Review Date’ added as a new field. This field will be required if ‘Online Bidding’ is ‘Yes’.
  • Add/Edit: RES,CND,HIR,ACR,RNT: ‘Range Type’ renamed to ‘Stove Type’; ‘Gas Cooktop’ and ‘Electric Cooktop’ added as new values
  • Add/Edit: RES: ‘Family Room Dimensions’ added as a new field.
  • Add/Edit: RNT: ‘Security Deposit’ character length increased to 50 and will now allow letter and numbers.
  • Add/Edit: RNT: ‘Pet Deposit Description’ added as a new field and will be 250 characters in length.
  • Add/Edit: RNT: ‘Restrictions’ added as a new field with the same values as the Single-Family field.
  • Add/Edit: RNT: ‘Style’ added as a new field with the same values as the Single-Family field.
  • Add/Edit: RNT: ‘Approval Requirements’ added as a new field. It will be 100 characters in length and required if ‘Approval Required’ is ‘Yes’.
  • Add/Edit: RNT: ’Vacation Rental’ Added as a new field with the choices of ‘Yes’ and ‘No’.
  • Add/Edit: RNT: ‘Vacation Term’ added as a new field with the choices of ‘Daily’, ‘Nightly’, and ‘Weekend Night’ and ‘Weekly’.
  • Add/Edit: RNT: ‘Daily Price’, ‘Weekly Price’ and ‘Monthly Price’ added as new fields to correspond with the ‘Vacation Term’ field.
  • Quick Search: A checkbox has been added to the ‘Sq. Foot’ and ‘Lot Size’ fields which will allow listings where the ‘Sq. Foot’ or “Lot Size’ is blank to be displayed in the search results. Checking this box will activate this feature.
  • Agent Performance Report: Resolved error preventing this report from running.
